    • Tepache: This is the famous ranch hand drink of the Sonoran desert. Sauza Hornitos Reposado, Los Nahuales Mescal, elixer of: Pineapple, piloncillo, canella, fresh lime.
    • Cartwright’s Old Fashioned:  Knob Creek single barrel, house bitters, Luxardo maraschino cherry, orange peel.
    • Negroni: Smalls Gin, Carpano Antica, Campari, and garnished with flamed orange peel.
    • Sazerac: (rî) 1, Peychaud Bitters, simple syrup, absinthe rinse.
    • Moscow Mule: Tito’s vodka, fresh lime juice, Fever Tree ginger beer, Fee Brothers orange bitters.

  • Thelma & Louise: Stoli, St. Germaine, fresh lemon juice, orgate syrup, mint.
  • Vesper:  No. 209 Gin, Kettle One Vodka, Lillet blanc, garnished with a lemon peel.
  • Between the Sheets:  Korbel Brandy, Mount Gay Eclipse Light rum, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, garnished with flamed orange peel.
