Speaker:             Bob Charnes — This gun-totin’ authority will tell his stories of
the weapons of the Old West, including his tales of long guns and Arizona’s gunfighters.

Appetizer:         Molasses & Apricot Glazed Quail on Caramelized Onion Grits,
Apricot Drizzle
Entrée:               Chicken & Seltzer Dumplings with Braised Local Vegetables
Dessert:             Dried Apple & Prune Pie with Bourbon Caramel Sauce

Each event will kick off with a friendly no- host cocktail hour at 5 p.m., followed by dinner served promptly at 6 p.m. and the presentation at 7 p.m. Cost is $45 per person plus sales tax and 18 percent gratuity for a three-course meal with an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
