Celebrate Mom with our Mother Lode of Delights
Join us on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12th, from 4:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., where Mom can start off with a Pretty in Pink Martini of Stoli Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, a Splash of Grenadine and Fresh Grapefruit. In addition to our regular menu, we’ll be serving a gourmet Mother’s Day menu, featuring a special appetizer of Chilled Petite Maine Lobster with Boston Bibb Lettuce and special entree of a Mesquite Wood-Grilled Duo of Petite Beef Tenderloin and 2 Colossal Prawns, along with Sweet Pea Risotto with Roasted Tomato and Asparagus Sautéed with Garlic & Shallots. Finish with a sweet treat dessert combo, which includes Fudge Caramel Pecan Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache, Peaches and Cream Tartlet with Raspberry Coulis, and Coconut Rum Éclair with Pineapple Orange Glaze.
